Mezza made Kibbe

Kibbe is a torpedo-shaped shells stuffed with minced beef, onion and our own secret spices medley. Kibbe has become popular in Haiti, Dominican Republic and South America - where they are known as quipe - after they were introduced by Lebanese immigrants.

Kibbeh is one of the most characteristic foods of Lebanese cuisine. @ Mezza we make our Kibbe from scratch at our restaurant using our family homemade recipes with our own secret mix of spices.
